Jenn

Jenn Strom is the founder of NEUE Studio, Las Vegas' only private, members-only reformer studio and recovery space. Her approach to movement wasn't shaped in a gym, or a mass/franchise studio. It was formed in small, private Pilates studios in Manhattan and Los Angeles, where members are referred. Each time she came back to Vegas looking for that same studio experience, she never found it. So she built it. NEUE is not a fitness offering. It is a nervous system investment. A space where members can come in, get the Reset they need, and leave feeling more connected — mind, body, soul. Jenn's method integrates reformer Pilates, deep stretch, red light therapy, and guided meditation into a single four-stage protocol called The NEUE Method. What truly makes the difference is instructors who are hands-on — watching, correcting, assisting in every session. NEUE is about listening to your body, moving with your breath, and building a stronger foundation each time.  It is not a class. It is a RESET.
